I don't think so , if Russia is our friend then why russian military  is in Pakistan if we and Russian is friend then Russian military   should not go to pakistan for any kind of practice, Russian is  doing business with India They become   frend because we are purchasing   fighter And other defence system , russia and India have transacted military sales for decades that is main reason for friendship. now India is looking best option for freighter and other weapons that's why russia becoming friend  with Pakistan
